Q - How much do your services cost?

A - Costs obviously vary widely depending on the work carried out. However, we do view our costs as highly competitive due to our unique Tax situation owing to our location on the tiny sovereign state of 'Isla Pinguini'. We also aim to cut as many corners as possible when finding the very cheapest surgeons available so that we can pass those costs direct to you, the customer.

Since many of our customers work in the entertainment industry we also work some very interesting 'back end deals' where we are able to reduce the upfront cost of surgery in return for taking a profit share out of your future earnings - much as a manager/agent would - since we aim to give you the body that will put you one step ahead in your career.
